Arguably the most beautiful perfect cone volcano in the world. Miraya is an ethno-linguistic group of people who live around this majestic active volcano. They are among the most resilient and jolly people I have known. And their heritage is my heritage.
Living alongside such a godly yet perilous beauty, can create a unique world view and breed of people. The Mayon volcano powers a geothermal plant, and hot springs. It is bewildering but the people around it makes it cozy and flourishing.
